Transport Canada will be publishing a Notice of Proposed Amendments (NPA) in Spring 2020. The objective of this regulatory proposal is to build off the existing Part IX regulations to allow routine low-risk BVLOS operations, as well as to allow VLOS operations for larger RPAS under certain conditions. Should be an interesting change to our industry.
