Not enough info... how close are you to an airport or other NFZ? How ornery are your neighbors? Will they think it's cool... or spying on them? If you are a new pilot, what you need is a wide open area... like a public park, not the restricted area of your backyard... assuming you don't live on several acres.

In addition to Eagle's comments, it's best to remove the camera when practicing.
