Problem with my camera

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with move up and down the camera with the control and i dont know what happen, anybody can help, or fix this problem.

The issue is the drone have a sound like 3 consecutive pii, and the camera i try to move with the control and no move in any direction

Not to sound stupid but you do have the gimball cover off, correct?
