just flew my Q500K for the first time it has all the latest update in it.what I knows is the vedio picture on the remote is jumpy and it pixel.is there something I'm miss.

The video feed is a wifi connection so the distance is not great for reception from the camera. In a clear area you should get good signal to around 800' or 270 meters. How far away was the Q500 when the video started breaking up?
That is not good. There is something wrong with the camera or the controller. Can you return it for an exchange?
