Does anyone know of or is currently using any ROOF INSPECTION SOFTWARE that is compatible with the H520???

As of right now, I haven't been successful in finding anything, so your help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry no, I know that if you are working with Eagleview, they require a dji product.

Drone deploy have a roof report app in their system

There’s no dedicated roof inspection software specifically for the H520, but you can use general mapping apps like Pix4D or DroneDeploy with it, or export your data for analysis in other programs.
