I don't know why but I just love takeoff videos. When time permits I want to travel out West and do some takeoff videos in the desert, etc.

Almost all of my videos open with a take-off section as part of the opening indent...sort of a 'trade mark' of my videos.

Some people will advise not to have a take-off shot in a video and, certainly as far as commercial vids for clients are concerned, I would agree. But if they are videos produced from hobby flights I've done then I'll include them...it's my video at the end of the day.

Excellent video, I love the UK countryside. I think the takeoff is a part of the whole experience - and unless a customer expresses a specific type of shot I will include a takeoff version of a real estate video and an abbreviated version without it. For me it's part of the fun in the job.
