Sounds totally illegal. It up to the customer to actually mount it for use, so it's on them if they break the law.

In the US, the FCC might have an issue with it. It is a transmitter after all.
Taking down a drone with it might be a felony.

Yes. Totally illegal to use this device in the U.K. However, at the better part of £5000 I don't imagine many of them being sold. It is worrying, though.
