I'm assuming the camera/gimbal has power or you would have mentioned it.
I also suppose I should ask a bunch of questions first, but instead, let's just assume you have a break in the control circuit(s).

The "stuck contacts" is fairly common and easy to check, so check that first:
Stuck Mount Contacts

If the contacts look good and appear clean, you should review the continuity for wires 3 and 4:
Typhoon H / CGo3+ Continuity

If neither help anything, then I guess we can ask some additional questions.

The next round of questions will be an attempt to determine if you have the correct thermal camera for your Typhoon H. There is a version for the Typhoon H and a version for the H520. They are identical except for the firmware. The gimbal firmware of either is incompatible with the system firmware of the other. The wrong camera will only level out and point straight forward, with no response to pitch or yaw commands.
The question with potentially the most informative response is: "Has it ever worked normally on your drone?

Hi there thanks for getting back to me with possible solutions I brought the drone second hand seller stated that the drone worked but sold to someone but they returned it faulty so took a gamble as I’ve got another drone was hoping it was just a problem with his drone ….I’ve checked all the connections they all seem fine and cleaned Ive got the most recent update according to the controller it’s not letting me update via controller

There is also a possible problem with K1 indicated that will need to be looked at, regardless of what camera you have. Or possibly just redo the controller cal.

Thanks for your help since trying the pan controll on my other camera cgo3+ I can no longer control the camera since trying the thermal camera fml lol

Try re-running the Controller Calibration, ensuring K1, K2 and K3 are all exactly center before leaving each screen.
These video links might help:

Thanks the switches are all working the only problem is the cameras slightly panning around when the switch is centre I’d did the calibration twice but still slightly panning…

"Vigorously exercise" the pan knob (K1) for a few seconds to try to clear any oxidation. Then redo calibration to see if it will help.
Also check the Hardware Monitor and the final output display (double tap the drone voltage icon on the main screen) to see if the values look about right.

That would be the most likely/common culprit of the drift.
