I agree, but most people watching that news report that are not in the know would probably not notice that.

Yeah I get that. It's just funny. I know a few fire fighters and Fire dept's usually pride themselves on equipment maintenance so seeing a wobbly gimbal mount gave me a chuckle.

No sheeet. The interesting point nobody makes is expense for local authorities. For that single Inspire2 sitting there they could have an entire fleet of TH+. Redundancy is key when using gear for emergency services.
