Hi everyone,

I wanted to open a conversation that I believe could benefit many of us here in the community, especially those still actively supporting Yuneec products in the U.S. market.

Over the past few months, I've noticed a growing challenge: finding reliable parts, especially OEM or quality replacements, is becoming increasingly difficult. Many of the listings we see online are coming from questionable sources or have inconsistent results.

That said, I’d like to propose something more community-driven:

🔐 I’m setting up a small, encrypted chat (possibly on Discord) where interested users can:

  • Share known-good sources for OEM and high-quality replacement parts
  • Pool resources and knowledge
  • Coordinate bulk buys when appropriate
  • Discuss vendor vetting and product reliability

📦 My company (U.S.-based) is currently working with other trusted vendors to rebuild domestic inventory for parts like propellers, chargers, skins, and other essentials. We're especially focused on fast turnaround and verified stock—something that's been lacking in recent months.

🗂 Our vision:

  1. Create and maintain a shared spreadsheet of parts (OEM or best-known replacements) that anyone can access
  2. Offer priority access to trusted vendors and U.S.-based sellers
  3. Host manuals, repair PDFs, and technical resources in a private space for those who need them
  4. Make it easier for small businesses and hobbyists alike to get what they need—without relying on unknown international sellers

If this is something you'd like to be involved in—or even if you're just curious—please send me a PM. I'm happy to get you into the group once it's set up and would love to collaborate.

Let’s make it easier for all of us to support this platform and each other.

Hi,
I'm a Yuneec H520E owner with a sick bird.
If any information is available on a reliable service center, I would be grateful 🙏. I wasted 8 weeks with an outfit in NYC where I live and that proved to be futile. Now that Vertigo Drones is gone, I wonder if I must have my drone repaired in another country.

We are based in upstate New York. I recently have gotten some new 520E cameras in stock and we are always repairing. Please shoot me an email or use the contact form on the website!

Hi . If you could add me as well please. I have two q500 and a couple of 3d printers so hope to be able to model spares eventually.

I have the h520e and require specific parts. Perhaps we can talk soon.
I have some parts for the e model, perhaps if needed they could be sent to @MobileTechSpecialists to help in the repair. Cameras, controllers , gimble mount . The parts u need might be compatible from a h520 depending on what ur looking for. If u could give some details to what u require or they symptoms of the fault ur experiencing then we might be able to understand better what u need
