When is the transmitter fully booted up?

Sorry for the dumb question but in a number of places in the instruction manual it says "Turn on the transmitter and allow it to boot up fully before turning on the aircraft." When is it fully booted up?

When it can see all the satellites in the area. The icon is in the top right corner.

I usually turn on the Q when the st10 starts to look for the connections (receiver & video). Also make sure that you have acquired enough satellites. (of course the Q won't fire until you're locked onto I believe at least 7 satellites).

I turn the Controller on first and wait til I hear the Audio Signal (melody) that confirms it is booting up, then I turn on the Quad. Never had a problem with either, using this start-up proceedure.
