Yes, absolutely for iPhone 5 or later.
Install the CGO app for your iPhone (not the CGO3). With TH all booted up, go to iPhone Settings, WiFi. Find and select the CGO WiFi signal when it appears. Start up the CGO app on the iPhone and select Camera at the bottom. You should see the same image as the ST16.
Keep in mind, there will be a lag with more than one device connected to the camera. And the connection to the phone is for a short distance.
