Bought the Typhoon H. Curious what the extra square antenna is for?

On the H Pro the square antenna is the 5.8Ghz patch antenna and should point toward the drone, it receives the video signal from the camera. The one in your photo looks like the patch antenna. This antenna would replace the mushroom antenna which is a 5.8Ghz omnidirectional. The best way to use the mushroom antenna is perpendicular to the drone or bend it up so the edge of the mushroom faces the drone. Unlike the patch antenna the top of the mushroom antenna is where the weakest part of the signal is. The mushroom contains an LHCP (Left-Hand Circular Polarized) cloverleaf antenna.

Your st16 is not a 3 antenna version that comes with the pro. But I think yhey are sending it with the standard st16 so you can choose which antenna you want to use.
