What is the best camera settings for video & single shot on Q5 4K please & thank you in advance

I don't shot stills, I just grab a frame from the video as a .jpg. That's because I'm not a photographer and I'm lazy. For videos I use Gorgeous and lock the white balance. Then set the exposure manually. It helps to have something white in front of the camera when you turn it on. If the color appears bad you have to select Reset on the camera settings to get the WB set.
