Changing Channel Mapping on ST16?

Does anyone know if there is a way in one of the pan modes to map a joystick to the pan control? The idea being you switch it one mode and the drone has normal controls, you switch into another and the rudder controls the pan?

I doubt that. But while flying ccc you can put pan and tilt switch in third position...all the way down and the right stick controls the gimbal as it flies the mission
