It's showing enough satellite/connection for WatchMe/FollowMe. It's a good thing.

I believe it is correlated to the the number of satellites the ST-16 is seeing too. I think the magic number is 10 sats on the ST-16.
Just flew mine and the H had 15 says but the ST-16 was stuck on 9 and the white light wasn't coming on. When it hit 10 sats, the white light came on
