Chuck McConnell:
After reading these posts I regret my choice of Yuneec for my first serious UAVs; I purchased preowned Typhoon H and a Q500. The main appeal to me was the aerial platform stability for videography and the built-in Android screen on the controllers (I am an app hater). As I mentioned in previous posts, I chose not to send my damaged "H" to Yuneec but instead went with Carolina Dronz who I've worked with before. That was back in November. They, like many other repair shops, have been unable to get the parts they need. The damage to the H body is fixed but repairing the CG03+ camera has them stymied. I am about to ask them to ship me the drone and broken camera back to me. It may as well sit on my workshop counter than on theirs. I am tempted to buy a used CGO3+ online but am uncertain that I have the skills to install and pair it to the ST16 controller. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks, Airyal
