Hard to tell but I think there is a limit of 8000FT MSL Are you trying to fly higher than that?

He tries to start in Riobamba (Ecuador). This town is in 9000 feet hight.

Q500 is specified only to 8000ft. Please contact Yuneec if they can send you a patched firmware to remove this limitation.
