photo mode I cant go in, not highlighted,can choose my mode burst,timelapse etc

Has the 16 been set to advanced in the settings menu?

Has CGO3 Pro been selected as the camera type?

If you have the advanced setting turned on as Pat mentioned, have you set the toggle between Video to Photo mode to allow you to access those features?

Generally, problems like this are user induced, and frequently occur after performing a firmware update. System not correctly bound, mismatched firmware versions, incorrect settings selections, etc. Go back and check everything to verify all was done correctly.
