engine failure

hi guys was out this morning and come up on the screen rear right engine failure and yes it went down when i 1st got my Q i fitted the carbon fiber strut brace and today its paid off saved my camera and gimble so have tried to upload telemetry and have put the .txt at the end but its not allowing to upload

You have a few compass calibration errors and low voltage errors, but no engine errors and that data doesnt look like a drone crash? Is that the correct file?
 
That appears to be a normal flight. Say again what kind of problem you are having.
 
Well flying ok then the drone looks to spiral then on the screen come up rear right motor failure can u you confirm it is 4 different telemetry I have put up as was having a bad time trying to upload them
 
I must have uploaded the same file as when looking at the map top left near the railway line is were it went down so will get on the pc when get home from work and re upload

Precisely why I put the flight map on there, so you could see which flight the telemetry recorded.

Hi guys can someone upload the telemetry to Google maps please so I can see it and medic999 so their is no information regarding why it says engine failure
 
I see no obvious problem in the telemetry which is #102. The video shows a problem with a prop or perhaps a bird strike. There were no motor errors until the aircaft landed.

I had the same problem with my Q500 4K motor went out on mine too but I got it fixed thanks Carolina Dronz
 
droneman when Steve checked telemetry it does not show any motor problem yet that's what come up on my screen in red rear right engine failure it will be collected in the morning by the courier to go to yuneec although speaking to them the other day the frame is not covered by the warranty
 
Bought it last may 2017 I sent them a copy of the purchase invoice and it's registered with them aswell
