    Need Assistance.....

My 520 H has logged a lot of flight time hours. Recently, it has developed an interesting problem. While using the gimbals the craft turns and travels slowly while being controlled this way. But when put in "home" mode will return back faithfully at around 28MPH. When the gimbals are in use i...

Yuneec's Typhoon H support is dead

Yes those videos all show the action at a very low level and self were self induced to test the recovery capability. But once you introduce lag in response time over distances, coupled with the constant motor error warnings, things change up. And problems get worse in the ability to control the...

Yuneec's Typhoon H support is dead

OK the H was always the test platform. Even in it's final firmware there are still things that need attention. Has anyone noticed when a motor is out how the H becomes hard to control or fly? I had a recent incident from quite the distance away, when a prop flew off and the ST16 started...

    amazon replacement propellers

That's one of those things, if you want to take the chance go ahead. But seriously no, I would buy the Yuneec brand or refuse them. I've used some knock off's and almost lost the H when a prop flew of it's hub. Then at a considerable distance away, the ST16 stop responding to any input...

    Typhoon H Crash

Through my own loss - I used a new battery without cycling it. The battery was a Venom and after the loss of the aircraft at 125 feet I had called their tech support. It was lights out during a night flight and with little warning the flight was cut short - it was flying approx. 9 minutes not...

    Typhoon H Crash

It sounds like the LIPO wasn't sufficiently 'cycled' all new batteries must be power cycled. Which means charging / discharging several times before being considered 'reliable' ...

Question for pilots whose TH has crashed...

Yep, mine fell from 125 feet and It was ugly, the camera 1st and then the arms - battery failure was indeed the cause.

Typhoon H flying sideways and not stick response

OK, the easy way to check electronic components for failure is to put the drone into the GUI software - the GUI software checks the integrity of all the drone components. If there is a failure with the GPS component it will show up here.
