    My issue is when I try to turn off the ST16s most of the time it does not power off. Usually I have to do it several times before it does and even then it doesn't always work, when that happens I have to pull the battery out. Also when I plug it in the charge it powers on, even when I have it...

    No memory card

    Try putting the card in your computer and see if it can read it. You could also try reformatting it but make sure it's exFAT/FAT32. Even though the camera should of done it, it doesn't hurt to double check.

    I'm trying to call them because my ST16s power button isn't working properly. When I call the number it tells me "My call cannot be completed as dialed, try the number again". I'm calling (844) 898-6332

    Let me rephrase, it's a six motors design but can land safely with 5 motors running.

    The Typhoon runs on 5 motors and the 6th is a backup from my understanding.
