I think the S had an 8000’ ceiling without software mods, H was “out of the box” when flying at 13,800’

I’ve personally flown at 13,800’ in CO USA of course only 400’ AGL had winds gusting to 24MPH and had no issues!

This isn’t about unlocking flight restrictions it’s about flying in high altitude locations. I read somewhere that there were issues if above 8000’ and I’m staying at a cabin located around 9200’ If this requires changes I was hoping to know before I travel so I can get setup before leaving on...

Thanks, I get the shorter flight time, I can live with that. Do you know if I need different firmware or any type of upgrade? I guess I should have asked about firmware initially.

Thanks for responding, unfortunately it does not finish the initialization. If I hold the button after the beeps it starts flashing red until I let go of the button. If I just push once it flashes twice and clicks off. If I push and hold I get to the 3 beeps but the second I let go of the button...
