    Traveling with TH and Batteries???

Well then you've been lucky. Depends on airlines, depends on countries, and depends on the agent you're talking to, even if you have rules printed. I got in **** from an Italian customs agent a few years ago for having SWIT Li-on batteries in checked luggage (under 100Wh), and had to take them...

    Traveling with TH and Batteries???

The limits I was referring to were for carry-on anyways. Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk

Absolutely true, but I've heard so many instances of people doing such :-/ Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk

    Traveling with TH and Batteries???

Ah yes, one step I failed to mention.. tape up exposed contacts! Don't want anything to accidentally short out and cause a fire while you're traveling! Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk

    Traveling with TH and Batteries???

What Bowens44 said.. although with some Li-on batts they may be lenient with them going in checked baggage I would highly advise not to try putting your drone batts in checked bags, and always carry them on. I travel frequently for work (I work in TV/Film and do a lot of doc series' away from...

    First flight today!

Totally, and I really like some of the options that they put in. Smart mode, for one is a great idea, in that you're basically always controlling it with relation to you. I can see that being handy when you might still see the drone but can't tell if it's facing front or back, and want to pilot...

    H video quality

Definitely a good option to troubleshoot! Also passing it through MpegStreamclip is a good option as that'll encode it into a much more playback friendly codec.. the heavily compressed h264 can be a ***** sometimes :-\

Mixing Typhoon H (CGO3+) Footage with a Cinema Camera (video quality test)

Gorgeous stuff, man! I remember you posted some before and after the grade images.. love the grading!

    H video quality

Yeah, if I recall correctly, it comes down more to the processor. Some are just better at decoding the footage than others! And though I've gone back to PC fully, I do admit Macs sometimes tend to handle some stuff a bit better :) My new-ish laptop handled it pretty well though, and nice with a...

Typhoon H Simplified 3.9 mm lens install video 2.5 minutes

Well, I meant having a second CGO3+ to do the mod on. It'd void that warranty, but at least having the original camera for the drone that you can pop back on, shouldn't necessarily void the warranty for the original unit.. that's my thought anyways and I could entirely be wrong :p Quite...

    Typhoon H camera issues/quality

At the very least, I do suggest not using the auto white balance on the TH.. it's pretty horrid sometimes, from some of the samples out there :p Other than that, just learn the manual camera functions and you'll do pretty well. It's a fixed 2.8 aperture IIRC, so at least that's one of the...

Typhoon H Simplified 3.9 mm lens install video 2.5 minutes

Awesome! Seems much simpler than that other youtube vid :p Pondering getting another CGO3+ to do that with just so I keep the warranty of the original parts, and have the option of slightly wider if I need to go back. Hmm...

    H video quality

Depends.. did you shoot in 4K? Could just be a simple matter of your computer having a tough time playing the 4K footage.. if you didn't.. well, I'm not totally sure :-\ What did you use to play back? I had better luck in VLC than I did in a few other programs when I noticed some similar...

    First flight today!

Yeah, the first night I had it I spent most of the evening reading the manual and learning the interface. Glad I took the time to go over everything, otherwise I'd have been confused as **** today!
