I flew my TH yesterday, and it took off on its own from a hover. It went due east right into the trees. I have had three THs, and another one the same thing happened to a couple of months ago. I have lost my faith in the TH.

It's also possible that the card can be fixed. As long as it didn't break the actual memory chip in the card, you might be able to fix it.

Are you talking about the patch antenna? That antenna is directional. But the stick antennas (in my understanding) are not directional.

Check out the gimbals on your controller. Do they stay in position when you release them? The st16 is known to have gimbal issues.
