The Typhoon H entering a house!

Gee! ... Yuneec has really outdone themselves with the "H" model. It seems to produces no wind effect inside a building.

Using Adobe After Effects to show case some photos

Nice overlay. Enjoyed the music too. Just be careful too much candy and special effects can ruin the substance of the material or intended message. My opinion... sprinkle lightly with special effects.

Not an "H" this time but the Typhoon 500 4K. I do have both models. I have complete faith flying this model. In this case, the bird was 4,000 feet away. Not sure if that's the limit distance with this model, but over water and flat landscapes, the signals may be stronger less interrupted by...

So diversified, you can find rocky shorelines, sandy beaches, salt flats, estuaries, just about anything.

Should I have not gotten a Typhoon H for first drone?

Find yourself a nice large open clear space to practice. This will give you plenty of buffer space of safety. I consider myself an experienced flier now of 10 months with the 500 4K. Never had an accident, thinks things thru before flying, make sure all is calibrated like compass, etc. Have the...

Typhoon H IN STOCK -- Free Shipping!

Receive my "H" last week with free Wizard. Thanks Laura. Arrived in perfect condition. No problem upgrading Firmware. Any news on extra batteries when will they be available?

    The Wizard

Me thinks the Red Button should have at least been on the side or the back in a protected area. It seems to visible and easy a place to have a sudden crash having it right in front. Some of us have lost brain moments.

Are there two models being shipped?

There's been talk of a Firmware modification on the software, plus an improved landing struts that bow out to increase the distance for a more stabilized base. Anyone who has received their Typhoon H already are there both models being shipped or did Yuneec catch it in time. Thanks for your...

Problems on 1st flight "crashed out of box"

I catch mine most of the time after loosing two blades to landing crawl. I never lower it directly over my head. I'm too afraid it might come crashing down on me. Was finger cut by blades before. (The good thing about blade cuts.... nice and sharp, no grinding damage). I'll lower the quad above...

    Lost Drone

Tracking system would help in future flights but..... Did you look at the controller when it went down. If it is transmitting, it should give you lat. and long. of the position. Another consideration, cost effective, and easy, tape a mailing label with your address and phone number somewhere...

    Battery life

I don't think anyone will get 20 minutes or more unless you stop recording video or taking photos. It has to be draining the battery at a much faster rate, all that processing of data plus GPS. If I'm running low on battery power and the bird is still far away, first thing I do is shut of the...
