Although I have not tried this on a stand, or each individual motor, I have touched each motor while hovering in flight and have felt the same amount of vibration on each one, more or less. It's sort of hard to know what's really out of line without a good baseline. At some point I'll try it...

It's an adhesive called e6000, I'm using it to balance the hub on the props

I did this as well and there was no obvious signs of anything wrong. I went ahead and balanced the props, I'm waiting on my E6000 silicone to cure for 24 hours before test flying.
