Request an opinion re: Customer Service and Warranty

I have aggravating tilt/lean issues with my CGO3. I posted a video in a group on Facebook, and was told that Yuneec watched the video, and they advised me to send it in for a firmware update for older circuit boards in the CGO3, that is'nt available online, it's an in-house job. They also might...

Calling all veteran Pilots (newbies pay attention)

I've been flying my two Q5004k's for 6 months. I started with a small Dronium II from Best Buy, to get used to flying and knowing how to capture video, without FPV. It helped A LOT, because I've made several great videos of objects now, only needing to glance at the video feed to see if the...

    CGO3 camera tilting motor issue

There's 2 buttons side by side, right next to the SD card slot. Get the camera/gimbal powered on, then push the button with the arrow, and turn it off. The buttons are recessed, so you'll need a toothpick or small point pen to press it. I've found that my camera keeps getting tilted after...

    CGO3 camera tilting motor issue

For some reason, after I bought a second Typhoon with the CGO3, both of my gimbals started acting crazy. They would point straight up, way crooked, or look to the side at the landing gear. Sometimes the camera would have a mind of it's own, moving at high angles and turning on it's own in...

Camera wires broke off circuit board

Had the same exact thing happen, and READ your explanation. Tucked the 3 black wires away and kept making great videos in 4K. You can see so many people threw questions out there, after you had already explained the wires weren't an issue, lol. My Q500 4k doesn''t even have the gold contact...

    Steady grip

My grip I bought 3 months ago, has a tray for 8 rechargeable AA batteries, but I just bought another Typhoon on Tuesday, and the grip that came with it already had a battery pack wired in to it.

    Frame replacement

Same here, but I drove 2 hrs, to have someone who offered to do the desoldering & soldering. I'm in no way good at solder work. I sure am glad I took more than 127 pics of how everything was, before I took it apart, lol.

Rubber Damper safety wire on C-GO3

Hello again y'all, my 4k Typhoon brushed up against some tree branches, and fell about 15ft to the ground. On impact, the battery ejected, the camera shot about 12ft away, 3 props broke, one motor housing broke away from the frame and one rubber damper from the gimbal disappeared. On Amazon, I...

    Lost Drone

Yep, I fear seeing my 4k fly off on it's own. I'm saving up for a tracker, but I have it in my mind, to take a pic of the lat/long coordinates on the ST10+, when they stop changing.

    Frame replacement

I'm late too, but my Q had the same experience with a tree. I tried to glue the frame, but it was right next to the motor mount/motor-cowl. Alignment was a pain. I didn't want one motor pulling in a different direction than the rest. I ended up getting the Carolina Dronz frame too, thinking it...

    4k Typhoon meets tree

I've had my Typhoon since Jan. 29th. I've put around 75 flights on it, taking videos and pics on each adventure. I have 5 battery packs, and 4 chargers, which can keep you pretty busy. I was videoing my neighbors property for them the other day, and the ST10+ started frantically beeping. I kept...

    UAV PILOT MANUAL

I just downloaded UAV Pilot from Yuneec's site, but when I tried to install it, my Norton anti-virus stated it was unsafe, and many who had downloaded it were infected with a virus. Norton removed it automatically. What is that all about???? Is there someplace else, other than Yuneec's site, to...

    Crazy videos on SD card

I don't see a, "mode", for either. There's a picture button, and a video button. I don't see any modes to be in, just 2 buttons to push for whichever you want. What did I miss?

    50 metre rule

I was at an event yesterday, flying with a few drone businesses. Drones were being sold at the event, and I guess we were there to spark an interest in people buying them. We just asked people when we were taking off and landing, if they could keep back a ways, until the drone was far off or...

    50 metre rule

I'm in the U.S., so I don't know bout the U.K. rulings, but I do know that if a drone is being used during the filming of a movie in any country, if a person who isn't supposed to be on the film set walks on the set, the drone must land immediately.
