I need the restriction of 8,000' AMSL "no start/fly" eliminated or changed to at least 9,000'. My Q500 flies much better at 7950' AMSL @ 25 deg F than it does at 563' AMSL @ 106 deg F.

Please feel free to contact me or tech support (844-898-6332) regarding firmware to override 8,000' AMSL.
Hi I've the same request as I have to work over 9000 ft. I sent you a mail also under my name Alessandro Milano. Please can you help me? Many thanks !!

Altitude density plays a big part in how any aircraft flies. Also cooler air is more dense, so flight is easier in colder air. After 59 f, altitude density starts to really take effect. Taking off in a Cessna 150, takes a lot more runway at 95 degrees than it does at 55 degrees. I suggest reading some private pilot literature online to get a better understanding of the effect of altitude and temperature
