I purchased a dual battery charger, got the kind of service (speed in response, reasonable price, communications etc) from eBay vendor design4precision. In reading the threads on parts etc, I know that for us in the U.S. there's dwindling supply and some vendors are not as quick to process sales or respond. I'm glad to have found a (so far) reliable, U.S. based vendor on eBay. They exist, they just seem to be getting more rare.
