Anyone using Corel VideoStudio? Beginner question to you please

Be nice, I'm a true beginner with Corel VideoStudio.

I'm trying to follow YouTube videos on how to do Zoom features etc. However I'm not getting the box with the corner drag points (They were to faint on my grabbed image, so drawn the box lines in pink with yellow grab points) as shown in the image below. I used to have them showing, but I've clearly clicked something by mistake to hide them.

Can anyone help please?

My error was using 'Zoom Motion' rather than 'Video Pan and Zoom'.
I now have the hatched box frame

I've now discovered how to export finished work, but I'm now confused over the amount of quality settings there are for exported work.

From the attached image I've chosen to use MPEG-4 AVC (3840 x 2160, 50p 65Mbps) line 5, is that the best, or should I use a different line please?

Is there a way to get the programme to use what ever I chose as future default setting?

Can anyone help please?
