We know who the blame will go to, but this exemplifies some flaws in use of airspace.

If you are within 5 miles of the coast most anywhere in Florida you need to maintain extra alertness for low flying helicopters!!! I tell you this from personal experience, and if you are at the beach the surf can overpower the noise made by an approaching helicopter.

For those that do not know it helicopters do not have the separation distances that fixed wing aircraft do. They can fly pretty much anywhere at any height.
