Battery Condition

I am new to the q500, i have a couple bugs 2c (force1), my question is the 2 batteries i got with the q500 have a little give puffy, a good battery should be hard right? the 2 morpilot i bought are solid

this unit is going back because it was an open package and another is on the way, hoping the batteries are good

Puffy batteries would be a bad thing. They swell up for a reason, and that reason is always bad. However, sometimes what simply looks puffy may not be actually puffy, it might just look that way.
