Battery Swap - keep gps on

For the Typhoon H Plus (or any drone I guess) is there any way to keep the gps board powered up during a battery swap. I hate waiting for the satellites to re-acquire.

Normally, after the GPS has acquired satellites, a restart will only take a couple of min to re-acquire them. Is your H Plus taking longer after a battery swap?

The re-acquire is not abnormally long.

I've added external XT90 plug for custom batteries and i can use it to hot swap battery without powering off the aircraft. GPS fix is not the problem for me but with EU firmware you have to wait at least 2 minutes for camera to connect after battery swap.

Ok awesome, I was considering one of those conversions. That might be the final push I needed.
