What phone and version of OS are you using? Most IPhones have less lag than Android.
My son is an IT professional and said the Android version of Breeze Cam acts as though it is single threaded.

i tried resetting drone with paper clip like suggested it didnt seem to work still freezing when putting in commands with joy stixs
Sounds like you have a major WiFi issue and if you do not give us the info we have requested about the phone there is little we can do to help you.
