Camera Pan and Legs after light crash?

I am trying to figure out my damages after a small crash. My H Pro legs would not go up while using my wizard. It appeared they were trying but would not go up. what could of broken and how can I check to verify they are broken?

Also, I note my camera pan while on the ground does not pan. The camera does tilt up/down. Is this normal or is this something that is broken. How can I verify and if so can I fix it.

Looking for testing, and verifying methods for camera and legs. Can I fix either one or both of these items myself, or do they have to be sent in for repairs. Is there a place anyone recommends and trust.

To test the landing gear, remove the camera and turn the H up-side-down. Then test the gear with the ST16.

The two switches on the upper left side must be in the center position to pan the camera.
