Sorry didn't realise you were new!!But when I log in and go to Classifieds, it says YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO POST THREADS HERE ?
Forgive me but that sounds ridiculous.
Whether or not someone has interacted a 'required amount' is no way to measure and judge their suitability to post a Classified Advert.
In reality, I have been a qualified pilot for 5 years, flying a Yuneec Typhoon. I have been a Forum member for more than 3 years with about half a dozen posts.
Despite this, I am forbidden to post a Yuneec item for sale within a Yuneec forum!? I mean, what on earth is the world coming to? These petty rules simply drive the wrong behaviour.
The fact is that Classified Ads are often, if not mostly, impromptu occurrences. And otherwise, I suspect the Forum be stuffed full of traders selling their wares. I simply don't sell a lot of my gear, I look after it and use it.
All this actually succeeds in doing is preventing a good item from an honest and experienced seller being offered to a relevant audience.
It's counter-intuitive nonsense.
I have read all of your posts past and present. No matter what you have said or how you feel about it, until you are the owner of the forum the rules are the rules and we all have to abide by them without exception. Even if a new Moderator came on-board, the same rules apply. Where you do have a choice is if you want to take advantage of the Classifieds section here or not. Other than that, no matter the amount you try to argue, the rule does not change for anyone. This is blowing my mind!
Now you're suggesting Members can't possibly make their own minds up about items for sale if they don't have a sense of the Buyer?!? And that, magically, they could however if only we exchange two further emails that have nothing whatsoever to do with buying or selling! That would then give them a sense of my pedigree as a Seller and protect them from - what?!?
Just how much more crazy could that sound?
The item itself should lead the interest, and the Members can make up their own mind. The Forum staff or Admin adds absolutely no value by interfering with sales in this manner. You have no system to vet, not do you offer any way of compensating in the case of either a dishonest Buyer or Saller. The whole thing rests on having sent a few posts out and being a member for 30 days. That is as ridiculous as it is unjustifiably arbitrary. I could disappear and rejoin for 30 days and you'd be none the wiser.
I have sold over 500 items on eBay with a 100% feedback record, and many many thousands of items via eCommerce shops over the last 8 years. In all that time and throughout all those transactions, the fact is that problems have never been with items. Actually, problems are usually with the Buyer and not, as you are suggesting, with the Seller. Why do you think Buyer feedback is given equal importance on eBay?
Problems are usually with buyers claiming they never received an item, or that they never ordered it, or that they made a mistake or don't remember. Or using an item then trying to return it. Or saying they have returned it but not doing so. etc. etc. I have literally dozens of these incidents.
So is there a similar rule for buyers, or can any Forum member buy an item?? By your system, surely Buyers would need equal vetting - or is the prejudice aimed solely at Sellers?!
Again, it's just a tragic example of an ill-conceived rule aimed at the wrong people, and thus driving the wrong behaviour.
It looks like Forum members will have to find the item on eBay. Heaven forbid it appear on the Yuneec Forum they joined specifically to exchange Yuneec related info and items! That would be just... weird.
Just post anywhere in the Yuneec discussions forum where you think your post will contribute to the discussion. So if this is my first actual post, although I've been around for several months, I cannot list a drone for sale until I make 10 posts? Is that on any thread in any of the forums here, or is there any specific forum I should attend to?

Ridiculous isn't it?! Basically, despite offering no protection whatsoever to the buyer at any point, in this particular dictatorship you just can't be trusted to sell anything until you have made 10 otherwise irrelevant posts.
If you just badmouth Yuneec for 10 posts and complain about software, that seems to be perfectly acceptable. That gives everyone complete faith and you're automatically promoted to a trusted seller ?
