Because one trees aren't that tall were I live.just a little higher than my house and in town courthouse is onle 6 stories tall and he wasn't much higher than that .ill just video it next time and plaster it all over the web right after I send a copy to faa

At night, depth perception is difficult to calculate. So now we see he's slightly above 60 feet?
10 feet per story is average for multi commercial high rise.
Before you thought at least 400 feet?
If you were being questioned by the FAA, and based on your assumptions of height, they may just walk away shaking their head.?
Life has its ups and downs, don't let these get to you, it's not worth it.?
