This is a slam dunk. Congress passed a law back in July of 2018 giving the FAA sole authority to regulate the National Airspace and that includes UAV’s.

The prosecution did so much wrong during the initial trial that it will get overturned.

The judge, the DA and the cop should all be fired, then be sued into homelessness... then deport the losers.

Joshua, you need to take this to the AOPA they have lots of very capable counsel that that been dealing with this stuff for years and years. The AOPA even has a group that supports UAV interest.
