E10tvx zoom issues

I have the10tvx on my h520e it zooms on thermal but not on regular camera what fo you think the problem is ?

The camera does not have a physical zoom capability so the zoom is software based. Any zoom would be better handled in post processing.

What software are you using to analyze your photos/videos?

The image on the controller i want to zoom in on live. Not a photo or video. This thermal is used for recovery. Locate with thermal switch to regular camera , shine with spot light and zoom in to identify.

Are there any Settings options for the E10TVx in the ST16E menus? It does not sound like a defective camera issue, but a software issue. Likely an option not implemented in the programming.
