Obviously Johnny is a DJI owner, since DJI owners are notorious for flying BVLOS! Johnny was lucky to find a such a laid-back DAA agent. Had this been an actual scenario, the DAA (FAA) would have shown up at Johnny's with a SWAT van, taken him into custody, locked him up and thrown away the key! How else are the DJI Johnnys ever gonna learn?
