This was posted from one of the administrator's awhile back, " We don't actually allow video uploads to the site - only photos . You can upload it to youtube or vimeo and post the link here. It'll automatically display the video inline with your post. Those sites are much better at managing the complexities of video streaming" Hope this helps..
