Florida is getting strict

It seems the rules and regulations for UAVs are getting a bit much. I was doing some video work by our state park, and was told I couldn't fly within 100 meters of any state park in NC. Even with a FAA license, I can't fly around state parks. I live in NC in the Blue ridge Mountains and there are a LOT of state parks here. You would think, they would add these to the no-fly zones, that most of us bypass. (lol)

Did the person/officer cite the state law that forbids that? I have heard of not being able to launch/land/operate from within some state’s park system, but launching outside of that seems overbearing.

While I’m in Florida, if someone shoots at my drone I’ll fly the thing right into them and claim they made it lose control.
