hello how to format the sd card on the cg04 camera I found how to erase the photos or videos but then even after erasing everything it tells me that the sd card is full when I had erased everything thank you

If the SD card is 16GB or 32GB then format it in your computer using FAT32. If it is 64GB or 128GB then use exFAT formatting.
