Do you use Adobe for encoding ?

Absolutly. Movies are on 25 Fps 1920x1080 - H264 encoding within CS5.

Thanks, I ask, cause I see during the film many little delays ... typical for adobe encoding and using youtube re-encoding.
It is possible, your video was encoded with variable frame rate. Youtube can not handle this correct.
