Hello. My gimbal free spins and beeps quite often. Is there somewhere where I can just a gimbal without having to buy a new camera. I’m new to drones so not very knowledgeable when it comes to this yet. Thank you.

It would be exceptionally rare to find an intact and functional gimbal without a working camera. It is not impossible, but also not likely. EBay would be the most likely source.
Your practical choices would be a shop repair, a home repair, or a full replacement of the CG03.
The beeps you hear are codes that will help identify the issue. Listen closely to the beeps and compare to the descriptions in the image below:
How technical are the repairs? I have vehicle wiring experience but no soldering experience. My closest shop is 2 hours away and have no problem taking it there just don’t want to pay for an arm and a leg
It depends on the issue. If you can identify the code, it would be easier to speculate on the possibilities.
