Gimbal problem

Mi typhoon h gimbal takes 5 min to activate camera works fine, I contacted yuneec cause unit still under warranty they gave me an RA# to send unit to staples repair in Canada they have had it for A month still have no eta on a new camera told it is back ordered is there any way I can get the ball rolling faster? thanks
 
Probably not... the advantage of warranty repair is that it costs you nothing. Disadvantage is you have no leverage to complain, because of the same reason... you paid nothing. Not trying to be offhand about your situation... my own warranty repair took almost 3 months... it's just the reality of it. I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about a warranty repair to take the turnaround into consideration. For a minor repair it would be worth it to spend $50 - $100 and have it repaired at a reputable facility like Carolina Dronz with a turnaround of probably less than a month, IMHO.

Also, does you H and ST16 have the most current firmware?
