Can you restrict the height you can fly to on the H ? Am I right in thinking that the height is set in software to 500m by default ? Is the distance it can fly to limited as well ? I have a task coming up that may require flying up to 1000m away..

Kind of correct. It is set to that out of the box, but it can be adjusted.

thanks, great manual by the way, 120m is the maximum i would fly to anyway, its more the ability to operate at over 500m away that is important, wasn't sure if the Typhoon was limited to that as stated by the UK CAA authority
