The most common problems, in order of difficulty, are:

1.) Sensor error preventing Initialization. (If gimbal is making beeping sounds, post the pattern or post the video)

2.) Stuck down/corroded contacts in the camera mount.
"Stuck Mount Contacts "

3.) Other break in the gimbal control wiring, including damaged slip ring.
"Typhoon H CGo3+ Continuity "

4.) Damaged gimbal board.

What means "not stabilized"? Is it moving somehow or nothing at all?
Did you try a camera calibration from ST16?
