Pottering about in golden hour over at Trotton Common in Elsted - lovely trees, interesting patterns and colours on the ground, and a massive water-filled chalk quarry once we get over the tree-line. Great performance from the H today, except some control weirdness and excessive drift on landing the second flight, so much so that I had to hand-catch it. Reviewed hardware monitor immediately after landing, and found right stick to be outputting the odd error, which is not encouraging. It was only recalibrated the other day, but curiously in all my tests subsequent to that flight, right stick is outputting normally and I can't get it to repeat the error. Hmmmm. Anyway, enjoyable flying if slightly stressy at the end, but no harm done.
